Why Copse Lodge Action Group?

Why Copse Lodge Action Group?

Why Copse Lodge Action Group?

We fully support renewable energy in the right place. However, Copse Lodge is not the right place for a solar project. It would be a huge eyesore in the beautiful rural valley between Greatworth, Halse, Farthinghoe and Marston St. Lawrence...

...and a major intrusion in the landscape for anyone traveling to or from Brackley.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Why Copse Lodge Action Group?

Why Copse Lodge Action Group?

JBM's application WNS/2021/0935/EIA was submitted in June 21 and was withdrawn in December 2021.

However, JBM has now submitted a NEW application - WNS/2022/0557/EIA. This new proposal is still for a huge solar farm on 182 acres of land and the proposed 132kV substation is still planned by Park Spinney, close to Greatworth village.

What do we need to do now?
